Great Western Railway Collett Coaches

Built concurrent with the 1938 stock these non-corridor designs shared the same body profile and were also of different lengths; three of which were not used for corridor coaches. Also built as the same time were 7 coaches for the Burry Port and Gwendraeth Valley line. These were much smaller and more akin to a typical Dean Low Roof coach due to the restrictive loading gauge of the line.
